    Paramount Plus is a popular streaming service that started out as CBS All Access; it underwent a name change when Paramount — CBS' parent company — significantly expanded the available content. If you are a Paramount Plus subscriber and want to cancel your subscription (permanently, or just to take a break), you can do that from any device where you watch the channel.

    How to cancel Paramount Plus on the web

    If you subscribed to Paramount Plus in a browser, smart TV, or gaming console, cancel it from a web browser. 

    1. Open Paramount Plus in a web browser and sign into the account if you're not already logged in.

    2. Move your mouse over your account name at the top right and then click Account in the dropdown menu.

    3. In the Subscription & Billing section, click Cancel Subscription, then click Yes, Cancel

    How to cancel Paramount Plus on an iPhone or iPad

    If you subscribed to Paramount Plus via the Apple App Store, you'll need to cancel through your iOS device. 

    1. Start the Settings app.

    2. Tap your name at the top of the page.

    3. Tap Subscriptions.

    4. In the Active section, tap Paramount+.

    5. Tap Cancel Subscription and then tap Confirm

    How to cancel Paramount Plus on Android

    If you subscribed to Paramount Plus using the Google Play store, you can cancel the subscription in the same place. 

    1. On your Android device, start the Google Play app.

    2. Tap your account icon at the top right.

    3. Tap Payment & subscriptions

    4. Tap Paramount+.

    5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the directions to cancel your service. 

    How to cancel Paramount Plus on an Apple TV

    1. On your Apple TV, start the Settings app.

    2. Tap Users & Accounts, then choose your account.

    3. Tap Subscriptions.

    4. In the Active section, tap Paramount+.

    5. Tap Cancel Subscription and then tap Confirm

    How to cancel Paramount Plus on a Roku

    If you subscribed to Paramount Plus on your Roku, cancel the subscription there as well.

    1. Using the remote control, go to the Home screen. 

    2. Select the Paramount Plus channel icon and then press the Star button.

    3. Select Manage Subscriptions

    4. Choose Cancel Subscription and confirm you want to do this. 

    How to cancel Paramount Plus on Amazon Fire TV

    If you subscribed to Paramount Plus through Amazon Prime on a Fire TV device, follow these steps to cancel the subscription.

    1. Go to Amazon.com in a web browser.

    2. In the top-right corner, bring up the dropdown menu by hovering over your name and Accounts & Lists, and select Memberships & Subscriptions.

    4. Click the link under Manage Your Prime Video Channels.

    5. Under the Prime Video Channels section, find Paramount+.

    6. Select Cancel Channel and confirm.
